I finally decided to get up a MySpace for my original music. You'll find unfinished project there, but this is still the main place for EZP jazz. Still...
Also, Videogame ReMixes back up on my own little private upload thing. The setup for the file names if you care is...
EazyP - Name of Game ReMixed - Name of Tune
So this way the remixes are ordered by game other than just name, because then you wouldn't really know what the remix is a remix of [/obvious]. Only my favorites I've made so far are here, some old stuff, some new stuff. Still, who wants the old crappy stuff?
So after quite a while, I've finally gotten off my arse and done a few songs
First up is my best piece of music I've made yet, in my opinion. It's a remix of Katamari Stars from the first Katamari Damacy and it's a great mix of low-fi synths and realistic instruments
Next is something I did for myself. I've always loved the soundtracks for movies such as The Good, The Bad & The Ugly ( god bless you Ennio Morricone ), so after comming home from school I sat down and did an original song, and tried to make it sound like something from a Old Western movie. While the song isn't really "impressive" ( it has it's fair share of flaws ) it's a damn fun listen for me and I had a blast creating it.
By the way, the site that hosts my VG ReMixes, VG Mix, is down because of hacking and such. They'll be back better than ever soon, but until then I'll be uploading my songs on some server space I have in a little while.
Enjoy, don't forget to check out the free and original album one post down if you haven't
Tracks! 1.Fun With Chips & Cheese 2.Too Happy To Care 3.WTFBBQ 4.Set Phasers To Thrill 5.Offically Run Out Of Ideas (I don't know how this made it on) 6.Silent Night [ A Silent Hill Tribute ] 7.This Is Not A Dream Bonus!! : Interview From VGM / Very Good Music
So thanks to Sefiros looks like I'm going to be doing an album for Auld Lang Sine 3
For those of you that don't know, Auld Lang Sine is a contest that's been going on for a bit (if you knew it's already happened twice how'd you know?) and this year it is all about creating an album by 2006. Even as it is a contest Ubik says "This isn't a "contest" per se, as there's no official judging, no official winners, and no official prizes. This is just a way for buds to write new music and see what kind of crazy shit we can come up with."
So horray, all in good fun. So anyone that can please join in the contest, we're trying to get alot of people to jam this year. On the site you can download some flyers or such, print them out, and put them around your towns to even get local artists to join. But, if you're the lazy type like me you'll just tell people through MSN/AIM and flashthe link button [on top of post] around. So see you all with a bunch of new songs the end of this year [more inbetween as well]
